Writing Prompt Pictures
These pictures are for those who like to use a visual prompt for their writing practise, and want something that they won’t have seen elsewhere. All the photographs that I use have been taken by me.
These photographs are a part of the visual exercise in the Make Your Book A Reality book 1 How To Write Without Block and the Masterclass of the same name.

My suggestion is that it is sometimes a better idea to choose a picture that unsettles you, or that you do not immediately like, because being challenged can bring out parts of your creativity that you did not expect.
Doing this can help you add more layers to your writing voice, maturing your style in this way makes you a richer writer and gives your readers a more satisfying experience.
As a starting point think about what you see, and don’t see. Consider what had happened in the moment just before the picture was taken, or what will happen in the moment just after as well as what you can actually see with your eyes.
